Unlimited access to all .kz websites is provided on the Reactiv 2590, Reactiv 3290, Reactiv 3990 and Reactiv 4990 tariffs:

• upon collection of the tariff fee; and
• provided that the remaining data allowance is more than 0KB of data (after deducting the reserved data), excluding data provided under any other services and data add-ons (if any).

Service is available from 03.12.2020 through to 31.03.2021, no additional activation is required!

• In case of change of a website concept or placement of irrelevant content, operator has the right to stop providing free access to the respective website.
• All Reactiv tariffs are subject to fair use principles in order to provide all of our customers with high quality service and prevent network disruptions.
• Service is deactivated when customer moves to a different tariff on which it is not available or while he is roaming.
• Service requires reservation of data in accordance with data reservation rules

Unlimited YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Vkontakte, Facebook, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, IMO, Spotify is provided on the Reactiv 3990 and Reactiv 4990 tariffs:
• upon collection of the tariff fee; and
• provided that the remaining data allowance is more than 0KB of data (after deducting the reserved data), excluding data provided under any other services and data add-ons (if any).
Service is available from 03.12.2020 through to 31.03.2021, no additional activation is required!

Note!

• Internet speed for streaming video on YouTube is limited to 1.5 mbps.
• When the customer uses browsers, receives push notifications (including messages about events on social networks), in case of automatic software updates or when other installed applications are running the background, in case customer clicks the links to other websites or banner ads, maintenance traffic, when downloading applications from Google Play, the App Store, when using the private browsing mode, when using a smartphone in modem mode, VPN channels, proxy servers, anonymizers, InstagramStories, Live broadcasts, as well as making calls through WhatsApp, Telegram and IMO, he will be using the data allowance included in the Tariff or data add-ons, if any is active on his account; and if the data allowance is used up or is not available, customer will be charged the overage data rates for their Tariff (with his consent). If consent to be charged the overage data rates has not been provided, access to mobile data will be blocked for that customer until collection of the tariff fee for the next bill cycle or he activates a data service (data add-on) or gives his consent to be the overage data rates.
• All Reactiv tariffs are subject to fair use principles in order to provide all of our customers with high quality service and prevent network disruptions.
• Service is deactivated when customer moves to a different tariff on which it is not available or while he is roaming.
• Service requires reservation of data in accordance with data reservation rules.

No data caps or speed limits!

Unrestricted mobile internet access is provided on the Reactiv 7990 tariff upon collection of the tariff fee!

Note!

In order to enjoy unlimited internet :

• terminate your current data session for 1-2 seconds, for that turn off Mobile Data or select the Airplane mode;
• then turn on Mobile Data again or disable the Airplane mode;
• Make sure your phone’s Access Point Name is set to internet.

The following factors can affect the data speed:

• characteristics of your device (phone, modem, smartphone, etc.). E.g., 2G network connection is enabled on your device instead of 3G/4G;
• your location is outside of the 3G/4G network coverage area;
• network congestion in your area;
• software restrictions imposed by the manufacturer of your device, as well as if power saving mode is enabled on your phone;
• urban terrain (dense urban development, buildings with thick walls, basement, etc.).
All Reactiv tariffs are subject to fair use principles in order to provide all of our customers with high quality service and prevent network disruptions.

Unlimited data is not provided while customer is roaming.

If you run out of your mobile data, minutes or sms allowance, you can restart your tariff before the expiration of the bill cycle. In which case your monthly allowance will be renewed after payment of the tariff fee (that will be your new monthly payment date, or bill cycle).
Double your GBs for early restart!

Each tariff restart will double your data allowance as follows:
- Reactiv 2590 – 12GB;
- Reactiv 3290 – 22GB
- Reactiv 3990 - 32GB
- Reactiv 4990 - 62GB

What can I convert? You can exchange your included minutes, sms and data allowance.
How much does it cost? It’s free of charge.
What is the exchange rate? 10 offnet minutes = 50 onnet SMS = 1GB
How to exchange minutes, MBs and SMS? Use the *747# USSD menu:
*747*1# - to convert MBs to minutes or SMS;
*747*2# - to convert minutes to MBs or SMS;
*747*3# - to convert SMS to minutes or MBs.
How can I check remaining airtime after conversion? Dial *111*3#
How much time do I have to use converted airtime? Converted airtime is valid through the end of the bill cycle for your tariff and is subject to the compatibility conditions established under the tariff. If you change your tariff or use the early tariff restart option, all converted airtime will be lost
Can I exchange converted airtime again? No.

Additional information:

• Converted data will be added to the data allowance included in your tariff and can be used for unlimited access to all Kaznet websites (for Reactiv 3990 tariff, including socials, messengers and video services);
• Data reserved by billing system cannot be exchanged for SMS or Minutes;
• You cannot use airtime conversion while roaming;
• Airtime conversion is not available if customer has outstanding charges on Extra Balance, Auto Extra Balance or Extra MBs service, or is blocked from making calls or Internet access due to unpaid charges on Extra Balance, Auto Extra Balance or Extra MBs service;
Exchange of minutes, MBs and SMS is limited to the amount of your included airtime/data allowance.

You can also activate the tariff online, through their MyActiv account or at Kcell/activ stores.
If you have insufficient balance in your account to cover the tariff fee, tariff will be activated, however further usage will be charged based on the rates applied when the fee is not paid. Inclusive allowance will only be provided upon collection of the full amount of the fee.

WARNING! If your tariff comes with inclusive allowance, it will be lost once you change your tariff.

The full amount of the fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then once in 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time). If tariff fee could not be collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 due to insufficient funds in the customer’s account, inclusive allowance will not be provided. However, if customer tops up his/her account after 02:00 on that day, the fee will be collected and included allowance renewed. To ensure continued service, customers are recommended to top up their phones before 00:00 or after 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time).

Inclusive allowance becomes available upon collection of the tariff fee and is valid for the next 30 days, subject to the applicable compatibility conditions.
Inclusive allowance is not available while customer is roaming; any unused allowance is canceled when customer switches tariffs.

Daily Package (when tariff fee is not paid)
Daily Package (packages vary by the tariff) is activated if there are insufficient funds in customer’s account to pay the tariff fee:
Reactiv 2590
600MB + free onnet minutes for 150tg/day or 100MB + free onnet minutes for 150tg/day;
Reactiv 3290, Reactiv 3990, Reactiv 4990 and Reactiv 7990
1GB + free onnet minutes for 200tg/day or 100MB + free onnet minutes for 150tg/day.

If account balance is sufficient to cover the cost of the Daily Package for 70 tenge and Daily Package for 150 or 200 tenge (depending on the tariff the customer is currently on), the Package with the highest face value and content is activated.
If customer has 70 or more tenge but less than 150 or 200 tg in his account, Daily Package for 70 tenge is activated.
Daily Package is valid until 01:00am (Nur-Sultan time) of the next day. Daily Package is an integral part of the tariff and, therefore, cannot be deactivated. TheDaily Package price is collected daily between 00:00 and 02:00, Nur-Sultan time.
If balance is too low to cover the Package price, it will be collected when customer tops up his phone with 70 or more tenge.
When customer tops up with an amount sufficient to cover the Tariff fee, the tariff fee will be collected and Daily Package deactivated. However, any unused data and minutes from the Daily Package will be available for use until its expiration.

To check remaining data, dial *111*3#. If you have data allowance from Daily Package, tariff or any other service, allowance expiring soonest will be used up first.
Daily Package is not activated on the first day after activation of the Reactiv tariff or starter pack purchase. The first attempt to activate the Package and collect its price will occur between 00:00 to 02:00 the next day, Nur-Sultan, if there are still not enough funds in his account to cover the tariff fee.

Rates applied when regular tariff fee is not paid

The following rates will apply, when Daily Package is depleted or customer has insufficient balance to pay the Daily Package price:

• Onnet calls (activ/Kcell) -18 tg/minute;
• Calls to other KZ mobiles - 18 tg/minute;
• Data - 2 tg/MB;
• Onnet SMS (activ/Kcell) – 7 tg/SMS.

If you have used up your data, access to the Internet will be blocked to prevent unwanted data charges. To restore access to that service, use any of the methods below:

Restart your tariff and double your GBs. Tariff fee will be collected ahead of your normal due date. Any unused allowance will be lost and new allowance provided. Warning! Turn off Mobile Data in your phone before you restart your tariff.
Purchase data add-on2GB for 650 tenge (*888#). Activation *888*3#. In order for the data allowance to apply correctly in your account, please terminate your current data session for 1-2 seconds: turn off Mobile Data or select Airplane mode and then turn on Mobile Data again or disable Airplane mode.
Remove block and allow us to charge you 2tg/MB for the entire period of use of this plan (dial *325#).

If you have used up your inclusive off-net minutes or onnet SMS, the following rates will apply through the end of your bill cycle: off-net calls - 18 tg/min, SMS - 7 tg.

Dial *888# to purchase add-ons:

• 60 minutes to other KZ mobiles for 390 tenge. Activation *888*1#;
• 30 onnet SMS for 150 tenge. Activation *888*2#.

If customer is using the One Year Internet+ (OYI+) service while on the Tariff, data allowance expiring soonest will be used first. When data from both the tariff and OYI+ is used up, the OYI+ data rates will apply until data provided under OYI+ or Tariff is renewed, whichever is earlier.

If customer is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MIP) service while on the Tariff, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance expiring soonest will be used first. When data allowance from both the tariff and MIP is used up, the MIP data rates will apply for the remainder of the tariff’s billing cycle.

If customer is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance expiring soonest will be used first. When data allowance from both the tariff and Internet+ is used up, the Internet+ data rates will apply for the remainder of the tariff’s billing cycle.

If customer is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance expiring soonest will be used first. When data allowance from both the tariff and BI is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If customer is using the Online service, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used up first. When data allowance from both Online and Tariff is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If customer is using other services that come with inclusive data, voice or sms allowance of limited validity, allowance expiring soonest will be used up first.
