Get information relating to your number (balance, bonuses, tariff plan, paid services that are active on your account).
Activate/terminate services, switch to a different tariff.
Pay your mobile charges using: online payment, top-up card activation, AutoPay service.
Get a Call Detail Report (CDR).
If your device does not support SMS (tablet, modem, router), try using your SIM in another device that support SMS and call *245#, or contact us at 3030.
Please, be informed that itemized bills are only available to the registered owners of mobile numbers.
Note! Your password to My activ portal provides access to information on your mobile number, therefore, it is important that you keep your personal data in confidence and not disclose your password and code to anyone else! If the password and / or code becomes known to other persons, you should change it immediately.
Please, do not share it with anyone, including Kcell employees.
For security purposes, your My activ session will be automatically disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity.
