Subscribers of Kcell and Activ can make free calls to the National trust line for children and young people on number 150
The Kcell JSC within charity project provides free call completion for subscribers of the Kcell and Activ to short number 150 of the National trust line for children and young people of the Crisis Centers Alliance in Kazakhstan.
Trust line 150 is a twenty-four-hour anonymous hot line, rendering consulting assistance. It includes provision of information and rendering the psychological support to children and their parents on issues of prevention of suicides, domestic, psychological violence in relation to non-adult persons, as well as help in difficult life situation.
«Kcell has already implemented social projects for 17 years. Children rights protection is one of the important directions of social responsibility of our Company. That is why we are glad to become a part of this important provision of the project for healthy and happy childhood of our children. I am sure that free call completion to number 150, which has become available for 10 million of our subscribers, makes the psychological help more available and timely», noted Natalya Eskova, Leader of the Communication Division of the Kcell JSC.
It should be noted, that trust line is available for children, teenagers and adults in Kazakhstan for twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. Consultations are provided in two languages, and the calls to the number 150 are absolutely free for the subscribers of the Kcell JSC.
*** The Crisis Centers Alliance Legal Entities Association is official authorized Child Helpline International Center in Kazakhstan since 2009. Child Helpline International (further the CHI) unites 181 companies, working in 147 countries of the world. Network activity is directed at development and support of the children trust lines. More than 20 mln. calls from children and young people were received only for 2015 to trust lines.
*** The National trust line for children and young people Service has worked since November 20, 2005. 1.5 mln. calls, (including more than 43 thousand calls on violation of rights of children and young people) were received for the period of activity of the Trust Line Service.
