  • You will get a text message from us confirming that your package has been activated.
  • Minutes from the package can be used for making voice calls to other local mobile networks, except international and local landlines and while you are roaming overseas.
  • You can purchase an unlimited number of packages. When multiple packages are activated at a time, minutes with shorter validity period will be consumed first.
  •  Unused minutes allowance is lost:
    – when the package expires;
    – in case of termination of the mobile services contract.
  • When you migrate to another tariff, any unused minutes allowance will be available for remainder of the package validity period. Packages are no longer available when you switch tariffs.
If you purchase the package and then switch to another tariff that comes with inclusive minutes for making domestic off-net mobile calls, minutes with shorter validity period will be consumed first.

  1. Package is not available for activation when subscribers have Unlimited Internet, One Year / Half Year / Quarterly Internet or other services that come with unlimited speed cap data allowance active on their account. If the package was purchased prior to activation any of the above services, data from the Package will not be available to the subscribers until they opt out of the service.
  2. Package can be activated along with One Year Internet+, Full Contact, Mobile Internet+, Internet+, and Bonus Internet services. In this case, data with shorter validity period will be consumed first. When data from both the Data Package and service runs out, data usage will be billed in accordance with the combinability rules applicable to such services.
  3. Package can be activated along with the ‘Light Internet’ add-on service, in which case data from Data package will take priority.
  4. Package can be activated along with ‘Unlimited Nighttime Internet’ service, in which case the service fee will be collected and data allowance available in accordance with its terms, i.e. between 01:00 and 09:00, Astana time. During the rest of the time, data from Data package will be consumed.
  5. Package can be activated along with ‘Video Service’, in which case data provided under this service will be used when subscribers access Video hostings.
  6. If you purchase a Data package and then switch to another tariff that comes with inclusive data allowance, data with shorter validity period will be consumed first.

Unlimited Education package

Get access to ‘Unlimited Education’ package to enjoy unlimited use of educational websites of Kazakhstan. Access is provided upon collection of the regular tariff fee. To activate package, dial *812#.

Access speed is limited to 1.5 Mbps

If you click the links to other websites or banner ads, or when using maintenance traffic, private browsing mode, VPN channels, proxy servers, anonymizers, you will be using the data allowance from your tariff or data add-on or a data service (if any is active on your account).

You can defer the payment of fee by 24 hours and get access to your unused allowance (included onnet calls and texts, data, minutes to other KZ mobiles) + 7 free onnet SMS with our ‘7 SMS + bonus for 1 day’ service.

Service charge – 39 tenge

Service is valid for 1 day after the next billing cycle for their tariff has started. After that any unused SMS allowance and remaining tariff allowance will be lost.

If the Service is activated for the second time, the SMS pack that expires first will be used up first

Service can be activated on the last day of the tariff billing cycle and on the day when the Service is used. After that the Service will not be available for activation and any unused bundle will be lost and the regular tariff fee will be become due.

You can activate the Service an unlimited number of times, but only once a day, subject to sufficient account balance to cover the Service fee.

If you switch tariffs, unused SMS pack as well as your remaining tariff allowance will be lost.

Service cannot be deactivated on the day of use.

Balance received with the use of Extra BalanceAuto Extra Balance and Mobile Help services can be used to pay the Service fee.

Combinability rules established for the Tariffs apply also to the Service.

Service is available on The Conversation and The Conversation+ tariffs only.

Starting 17.12.2016, Conversation tariff will no longer be available to new subscribers. Customers who activated this tariff before 17.12.2016 will be able to stay on it after this date.

 

The cost of services is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in tenge, VAT inclusive.

Billing increment – 1 second.

Rounding of internet traffic – 1 KB.

Maximum call duration – 30 minutes.

The MMS Portal service is also available for the subscribers on this Tariff (subject to activation of the MMS service) at the following rates: off-net domestic ММS – 15 tenge per message, international ММS – 30 tenge per message.

* The tariff fee is collected in full upon its activation and then every 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Astana time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee, otherwise the Tariff will not be activated. If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Astana time) due to insufficient balance in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available during the current billing cycle and valid until the next billing cycle starts.

** Inclusive allowance is provided after the fee has been successfully collected and is valid until the next billing cycle starts. Inclusive allowance is not available for use while the subscriber is roaming; any unused allowance is canceled when subscribers switch tariffs. To check allowance balance, subscribers must dial *111*3#OK.

Access to Vkontakte and Facebook will remain free, irrespective of whether the tariff was collected or not.

**** Service is available outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s coverage area. When necessary, the Subscribers can turn off Roaming by texting NET to 300 or texting DA to 3003 to turn it on again. Roaming can be turned on/off in Kazakhstan only, within the Company’s network coverage area

Conference Call service is not available on this Tariff.

In accordance with the state license and terms and conditions of Public Agreement of the Company, provision of services to the Subscriber may be suspended in the event the Subscriber fails to comply with its provisions, performs unlawful acts or such other acts which the Company believes to cause damage to the Company's network. Such being the case, the Subscriber has no right, unless with the written consent of the Company, to use the gateways and other special technical devices/tools/programs that are not intended for personal use and/or are intended to use the Services using methods violating the rights of other Subscribers, terms of Public Agreement and law, including providing third parties access to communications services, including provided by other operators, including fixed-line, Internet/IP-telephony, etc.

Upon termination of the Tariff, Subscribers will be switched to their previous tariffs or, if such tariff is not available, outgoing calls will be suspended until the Subscribers switch to any other available tariff, unless otherwise stipulated by RK laws or Public Agreement.

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. Combinability of services:

If Subscriber is using the Yearly Internet+ (YI+) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with the terms of YI+. When data allowance is used up, YI+ excess data rates will apply.

If Subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MIP) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. When data allowance is used up, MIP excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period. If MIP fee is not paid, data usage will be billed as per the Tariff.

If Subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. When data allowance is used up, the Internet+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period. If Internet+ fee is not paid, data usage will be billed as per the Tariff.

If Subscriber is using the Unlimited Internet (UI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data provided under the Tariff will only become available when the ‘Unlimited Internet’ service is terminated by the Subscriber.

If Subscriber is using Yearly Internet (YI), Half Year Internet (HYI), or Quarterly Internet (QI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available only after YI, HYI or QI service is terminated by Subscriber.

If Subscriber is using the Easy Internet service, data usage will be billed based on the Tariff rates.

If Subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. When BI data allowance is used up, BI excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period. If BI fee is not paid, data usage will be billed as per the Tariff.

If Subscriber is using the Full Contact (FC) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. When FC data allowance is used up, FC excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber is using Unlimited Nighttime Internet (UNI), the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided and used in accordance with its standard terms (01:00 to 09:00, Astana time). When UNI data allowance is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply.

If Subscriber has services with inclusive limited validity SMS allowance active on their account, SMS allowance with shorter validity period will be used first.
