To activate the plan, submit a written request to a Kcell Center/Kcell Store.
If you have insufficient balance in your account to cover the regular fee, the plan will be activated but further usage will be charged based on the rates applied to the services not covered by the tariff fee. Inclusive allowance is provided / renewed upon collection of the full amount of the plan fee.
How and when the fee is collected. Conditions that apply in case the fee has not been paid
The fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then once in 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee. If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Astana time) due to insufficient funds in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available during the current billing cycle until the next billing cycle starts (bill cycle – 30 days).
Unlimited data allowance becomes available after the fee has been successfully collected, is valid for 30 days from application and is subject to the applicable compatibility conditions. Inclusive data allowance is not available while the customer is roaming or is canceled when customer switches tariffs. The cost of unlimited data allowance is included in the tariff fee.
Data speed is limited to 64 kbps.
Data rate applied if the tariff fee is not paid – 11 tg/MB.
While customer is engaged in the initial data session on 2G/3G network or when your mobile device registers on a 4G network, a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved from your data allowance. Customers on this plan are not able to activate the following services: Online, Internet+, One Year of Internet+, but are able to activate a 30 Onnet SMS pack for 150tg by calling *888*2#.
All rates are indicated in tenge inclusive of VAT and are valid only within the Company’s network coverage area. Billing increment: calls - 1 sec, data - 1KB. Services other than those listed above are charged at the rates applicable at the time of their use. If customer is roaming, the standard roaming rates will apply.
This tariff is for M2N devices only.
Customer agrees to use the tariff and respective services in M2M devices only.
If the tariff is not used for M2M communication or in case SIM card is used in a non-M2M device, customer must register such a device in accordance with the requirements of Kazakhstan legislation.
