Service remains active while the customer stays on Super Comfort S, Super Comfort M, Super Comfort L, Super Comfort Promo tariff, including when customer restarts his tariffs or switches between any of these tariffs. Service is deactivated when customer changes the Tariff to any another tariff, other than Comfort S, M, L, Promo. Service is not available while roaming.

While you are engaged in the initial data session on 2G/3G network or when your mobile device registers on a 4G network, a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved from your data allowance. If you run out of data allowance – a certain amount of money will be charged to your account to ensure uninterrupted browsing.

WARNING! If your tariff has an inclusive allowance, it will be lost once you change your tariff.

How and when the tariff fee is collected

The full amount of fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then once in 4 weeks (28 days) between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee. If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time) due to insufficient funds in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available during the current billing cycle until the next billing cycle starts (bill cycle – 28 days).

The full amount of fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then once in 4 weeks (28 days) between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee. Daily Package

Daily Package is activated when the tariff fee is not paid when due, provided that customer has 70 tenge or more in his account. Daily Package: 100MB + free onnet calls.

Price – 70 tg/day.

Valid until 01:00am (Nur-Sultan time) of the next day. Daily Package is an integral part of the tariff and, therefore, cannot be deactivated. The Daily Package price is collected daily between 00:00 and 02:00, Nur-Sultan time. If balance is too low to cover the Package price, it will be collected when customer tops up his phone with 70 tenge or more.

When customer tops up with the amount sufficient to cover the Tariff fee, the tariff fee will be collected and Daily Package deactivated. However, any unused data and minutes from the Daily Package will be available for use until its expiration.

The following rates will apply, when Daily Package is depleted or customer has insufficient balance to pay Daily Package price:

  • National mobile calls — 14 tg/min;
  • Onnet SMS — 7 tg;
  • Data – 2 tg/MB.

To check remaining data, dial *111*3#. If you have data allowance from Daily Package, tariff or any other service, allowance expiring soonest will be used up first.

If customer activates the tariff or buys a starter pack with Super Comfort as default tariff, and he has insufficient funds in his account to cover the tariff fee, the Daily Package will not be activated through the end of the tariff activation day, even if he has 70 tenge in his account. The first attempt to activate Daily Package and collect its price will occur between 00:00 and 02:00 of the next day (Nur-Sultan time), if balance in the customer’s account is still insufficient to cover the tariff fee.

How to exchange minutes, MBs and SMS

The ‘Exchange Minutes, SMS and MBs’ service is available till 30.06.2020 on Super Comfort M and L tariffs, whose number is registered to an individual.

What can I exchange? You can exchange your airtime allowance (subject to payment of the tariff fee):

  • Minutes for calling other KZ mobile networks
  • MBs
  • Onnet SMS

Any other allowance from extra packages or add-on services may not be exchanged.

How much does it cost? It’s free.

What is the exchange rate? 10 Minutes = 50 SMS = 1024MB.

How can I do it? Dial *747#OK:

  • *747*1#OK - to exchange MBs for Minutes or SMS;
  • *747*2#OK - to exchange Minutes for MBs or SMS;

How much time do I have to use converted airtime? Converted airtime is valid through the end of the bill cycle for the Tariff and is subject to the compatibility conditions established under the Tariff. If you change your his tariff or use the early tariff restart option, all converted airtime will be lost.

Can I exchange converted airtime again? No.

Additional information:

Converted data will be added to the inclusive data allowance provided under the Tariff and used for the purpose of the Comfort Unlimited+ service.

Data reserved by billing system cannot be exchanged for SMS or Minutes.

You cannot exchange your airtime while roaming.

No more Daytime or Nighttime data on the Active Start+ tariff. Enjoy it ANYTIME you need! On Active Start+, you get 8GB of inclusive allowance + 2GB under the Internet as a gift special offer.

These changes will come into force on 07.06.2018 after payment of the tariff fee. The Internet as a gift special offer is valid form 07.06.2018 through to 31.07.2018.

Effective 07.06.2018, the tariff terms will change as follows:

  1. Monthly fee - 1890 tenge
  2. The following data add-ons will no longer be available for purchase on this tariff:
    - 500MB for 290 tenge
    - 1GB for 390 tenge
    - 2GB for 590 tenge
    Instead, we offer
    - 1GB for 450 tenge
    - 2GB for 650 tenge.
    Changes related to data add-ons will come into force on 07.06.2018 and will not depend on your payment of the tariff fee.

All other tariff terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Internet as a gift

If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your Internet as a gift, data allowance provided under the tariff will take priority, even if your Internet as a gift expires first.

Compatibility conditions

If you have Night Data Pack, One Year of Internet+, Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Online or any other data service active on your account, your Internet as a gift will always be used after the data allowance provided under any of the above services have been used up.

Unused Internet as a gift will be lost
- Upon its expiration;
- In case you switch tariffs or use the Early Tariff Restart option;
- Upon termination of the mobile services contract.

Data add-ons

  1. Data add-on is only available for purchase after payment of the Tariff fee.
  2. Data add-on is valid for 30 days from activation.
  3. You may purchase more than one data add-on at a time, in which case the data add-on expiring soonest will be used first. If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your data add-on, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first.
  4. The data add-on price is collected on full upon its activation, subject to sufficient balance in your account.
  5. Unused data will be lost:
    • upon its expiration
    • upon termination of the mobile services contract
  6. Should you change your tariff, you will keep your data add-on until its expiration date. Data add-ons will not be available for activation when you switch to a different tariff.
  7. Data add-ons are not available if you have any of the following data services active on your account:
    - One Year of Internet
    - Half Year of Internet
    - Quarterly Internet
    - other speed-cap data services
    If you purchase a data add-on prior to activation of any of the above services, it will only become available for use after that service is switched off.
    Data add-ons can be activated along with the following services:
    - One Year of Internet+
    - Online
    - Mobile Internet Plus
    - Internet+
    - Bonus Internet
    In which case, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first. When both allowances (from data service and add-on) are used up, the 14 tg/mb rate will apply through the end of your bill cycle.

Effective on 1 March 2018, we will change the terms of use of inclusive allowance on your tariff. If you run out of any service from your inclusive allowance before it is due to renew, you will not be charged overage rates but access to that service will be blocked for the remainder of that bill cycle.

Separate block will be set for each service included in your allowance: Calls, Data and Onnet SMS. You will receive a SMS notification that you have hit your limit for the respective service. Details→

When access to service is not blocked

If monthly tariff fee is not paid, the standard voice/sms/data rates for your tariff will apply.

Attention! Access to the Internet will be blocked, unless you give your consent to be charged standard data rates for your tariff.

How to restore access to service

  1. Follow the instructions contained in the SMS-message.
  2. Go to http://zero.activ.kz where you can
    • Top up your account
    • Request early tariff restart
    • Change tariff
    • Purchase an extra service package
    • Give consent to operator to charge data overage rates after your inclusive data allowance is used up.
  1. Dial *167# for early tariff restart. In this case, any unused allowance remaining from your previous tariff will be lost.
  2. To switch to any other available tariff, use appropriate USSD code or send a text.
  3. To purchase an extra package of minutes, SMS or data, dial *888#.

Any unused allowance from the extra pack will be lost upon expiration its expiration or in case of termination of mobile services contract.
In case of tariff change, subscriber will be able to use his/her extra pack until its expiration date.
When the subscriber has similar allowances from both the extra pack and the tariff, the allowance expiring soonest will be used fist. Subscriber may purchase more than one extra pack, in which case allowance expiring soonest will be used fist. When the subscriber has similar allowances from the extra pack and other services that come with inclusive minutes/sms allowance, allowance expiring soonest will be used fist.
When allowance from the extra pack is depleted, further usage will be in accordance with the subscriber’s tariffs and/or such other service, subject to compatibility rules.

Service cannot be deactivated on the day of use.

1 The full amount of fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then every 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee, otherwise the tariff will not be activated. If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time) due to insufficient funds in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available during the current billing cycle until the next billing cycle starts.

2 Inclusive allowance becomes available after the fee has been successfully collected. The voice, sms and data allowance is valid for 30 days, subject to the Company’s combinability terms. Inclusive allowance is not available while the subscriber is roaming; any unused allowance is canceled when subscribers switch tariffs.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *111*3#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. By continuing to use the services after your inclusive allowance has been depleted, you agree to be charged for further usage of those services. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Data allowance will not be available if it is applied while you are engaged in an active data session. We recommend that you close your current session (for that, disable Mobile Data in your device) and enable Mobile Data again after your data allowance has been applied.

Switching between daytime and nighttime data allowance on this Tariff will take place automatically at 01:00 and 06:00, according to Nur-Sultan time.

3 Service is available outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s coverage area. When necessary, the Subscribers can turn off Roaming by texting NET to 3330 or texting DA to 3330 to turn it on again. Roaming can be turned on/off in Kazakhstan only, within the Company’s network coverage area.

The Conference Call service is not available on this tariff.

 If Subscriber is using the One Year Internet+ (OYI+) service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and OYI+ is used up, OYI+ data rates will apply until data provided under OYI+ or tariff is renewed, whichever is earlier.

If Subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MI+) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and MI+ is used up, MI+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and Internet+ is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber is using the Unlimited Internet (UI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data provided under the Tariff will only become available when the Subscriber opt out of the ‘Unlimited Internet’ service.

Subscriber is using One Year Internet (OYI), Half Year Internet (HYI), or Quarterly Internet (QI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available only after OYI, HYI or QI service is terminated by Subscriber.

If Subscriber is using the Light Internet service, data provided under the Tariff will be used first. When used up, data usage will be billed at data rates applicable when the Tariff fee is not paid till the next billing cycle for the Tariff starts.

If Subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and BI is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber has Data Packs, SMS Packs or other services with inclusive limited validity data and/or SMS allowance active on their account, data/SMS allowance with shorter validity period will be used first.

If Subscriber is using Unlimited Nighttime Internet (UNI), the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided and used in accordance with its standard terms (01:00 to 09:00, Nur-Sultan time). When UNI data allowance is used up, data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available, subject to payment of the tariff fee.

If Subscriber is using the ‘Online’ service, data that expires first will be used up first. When data allowance from both Online and Tariff is used up, further usage will be billed based on standard data rates for the Tariff, subject to payment of the Tariff fee.

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. From 07.06.2018 to 31.07.2018, enjoy more data with our Internet as a gift special offer! The 1 GB bonus is valid for 30 days and is provided upon your payment of the tariff fee.

Effective 07.06.2018, the tariff terms will change as follows:

  1. The tariff will be become national, which means our service rates will be valid across the country and will not change as you move from region to another.
  2. Monthly fee - 1290 tenge
  3. The following data add-ons will no longer be available for purchase on this tariff:
    - 500MB for 290 tenge
    - 1GB for 390 tenge
    - 2GB for 590 tenge
    Instead, we offer
    - 1GB for 450 tenge
    - 2GB for 650 tenge.
    Changes related to data add-ons will come into force on 07.06.2018 and will not depend on your payment of the tariff fee.

All other tariff terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Internet as a gift

If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your Internet as a gift, data allowance provided under the tariff will take priority, even if your Internet as a gift expires first.

Compatibility conditions

If you have Night Data Pack, One Year of Internet+, Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Online or any other data service active on your account, your Internet as a gift will always be used after the data allowance provided under any of the above services have been used up.

Unused Internet as a gift will be lost
- Upon its expiration;
- In case you switch tariffs or use the Early Tariff Restart option;
- Upon termination of the mobile services contract.

Data add-ons

  1. Data add-on is only available for purchase after payment of the Tariff fee.
  2. Data add-on is valid for 30 days from activation.
  3. You may purchase more than one data add-on at a time, in which case the data add-on expiring soonest will be used first. If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your data add-on, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first.
  4. The data add-on price is collected on full upon its activation, subject to sufficient balance in your account.
  5. Unused data will be lost:
    • upon its expiration
    • upon termination of the mobile services contract
  6. Should you change your tariff, you will keep your data add-on until its expiration date. Data add-ons will not be available for activation when you switch to a different tariff.
  7. Data add-ons are not available if you have any of the following data services active on your account:
    - One Year of Internet
    - Half Year of Internet
    - Quarterly Internet
    - other speed-cap data services
    If you purchase a data add-on prior to activation of any of the above services, it will only become available for use after that service is switched off.
    Data add-ons can be activated along with the following services:

    In which case, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first. When both allowances (from data service and add-on) are used up, the 14 tg/mb rate will apply through the end of your bill cycle.

Effective on 1 March 2018, we will change the terms of use of inclusive allowance on your tariff. If you run out of any service from your inclusive allowance before it is due to renew, you will not be charged overage rates but access to that service will be blocked for the remainder of that bill cycle.

Separate block will be set for each service included in your allowance: Calls, Data and Onnet SMS. You will receive a SMS notification that you have hit your limit for the respective service. Details→

When access to service is not blocked

If monthly tariff fee is not paid, the standard voice/sms/data rates for your tariff will apply.

Attention! Access to the Internet will be blocked, unless you give your consent to be charged standard data rates for your tariff.

No more Daytime or Nighttime data on the Active Drive+ tariff. Enjoy it ANYTIME you need! On Active Drive+, you get 10GB of inclusive allowance + 2GB under the Internet as a gift special offer.

These changes will come into force on 07.06.2018 after payment of the tariff fee. The Internet as a gift special offer is valid form 07.06.2018 through to 31.07.2018.

Effective 07.06.2018, the tariff terms will change as follows:

  1. Monthly fee - 2190 tenge
  2. The following data add-ons will no longer be available for purchase on this tariff:
    - 500MB for 290 tenge
    - 1GB for 390 tenge
    - 2GB for 590 tenge
    Instead, we offer
    - 1GB for 450 tenge
    - 2GB for 650 tenge.
    Changes related to data add-ons will come into force on 07.06.2018 and will not depend on your payment of the tariff fee.

All other tariff terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Internet as a gift

If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your Internet as a gift, data allowance provided under the tariff will take priority, even if your Internet as a gift expires first.

Compatibility conditions

If you have Night Data Pack, One Year of Internet+, Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Online or any other data service active on your account, your Internet as a gift will always be used after the data allowance provided under any of the above services have been used up.

Unused Internet as a gift will be lost
- Upon its expiration;
- In case you switch tariffs or use the Early Tariff Restart option;
- Upon termination of the mobile services contract.

Data add-ons

  1. Data add-on is only available for purchase after payment of the Tariff fee.
  2. Data add-on is valid for 30 days from activation.
  3. You may purchase more than one data add-on at a time, in which case the data add-on expiring soonest will be used first. If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your data add-on, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first.
  4. The data add-on price is collected on full upon its activation, subject to sufficient balance in your account.
  5. Unused data will be lost:
    • upon its expiration
    • upon termination of the mobile services contract
  6. Should you change your tariff, you will keep your data add-on until its expiration date. Data add-ons will not be available for activation when you switch to a different tariff.

When access to service is not blocked

If monthly tariff fee is not paid, the standard voice/sms/data rates for your tariff will apply.

Attention! Access to the Internet will be blocked, unless you give your consent to be charged standard data rates for your tariff.

Calls are billed in 1-second increments.

Data is billed in 1KB increments.

Maximum call duration – 30 minutes.

The MMS-Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

1 The full amount of fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then every 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee, otherwise the tariff will not be activated. If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time) due to insufficient funds in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available during the current billing cycle until the next billing cycle starts.

2 Inclusive allowance becomes available after the fee has been successfully collected. The voice, sms and data allowance is valid for 30 days, subject to the Company’s combinability terms. Inclusive allowance is not available while the subscriber is roaming; any unused allowance is canceled when subscribers switch tariffs.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *111*3#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. By continuing to use the services after your inclusive allowance has been depleted, you agree to be charged for further usage of those services. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Data allowance will not be available if it is applied while you are engaged in an active data session. We recommend that you close your current session (for that, disable Mobile Data in your device) and enable Mobile Data again after your data allowance has been applied.

Switching between daytime and nighttime data allowance on this Tariff will take place automatically at 01:00 and 06:00, according to Nur-Sultan time.

3 Service is available outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s coverage area. When necessary, the Subscribers can turn off Roaming by texting NET to 3330 or texting DA to 3330 to turn it on again. Roaming can be turned on/off in Kazakhstan only, within the Company’s network coverage area.

The Conference Call service is not available on this tariff.

 If Subscriber is using the One Year Internet+ (OYI+) service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and OYI+ is used up, OYI+ data rates will apply until data provided under OYI+ or tariff is renewed, whichever is earlier.

If Subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MI+) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and MI+ is used up, MI+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and Internet+ is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber is using the Unlimited Internet (UI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data provided under the Tariff will only become available when the Subscriber opt out of the ‘Unlimited Internet’ service.

Subscriber is using One Year Internet (OYI), Half Year Internet (HYI), or Quarterly Internet (QI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available only after OYI, HYI or QI service is terminated by Subscriber.

If Subscriber is using the Light Internet service, data provided under the Tariff will be used first. When used up, data usage will be billed at data rates applicable when the Tariff fee is not paid till the next billing cycle for the Tariff starts.

If Subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and BI is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber has Data Packs, SMS Packs or other services with inclusive limited validity data and/or SMS allowance active on their account, data/SMS allowance with shorter validity period will be used first.

If Subscriber is using Unlimited Nighttime Internet (UNI), the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided and used in accordance with its standard terms (01:00 to 09:00, Nur-Sultan time). When UNI data allowance is used up, data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available, subject to payment of the tariff fee.

If Subscriber is using the ‘Online’ service, data that expires first will be used up first. When data allowance from both Online and Tariff is used up, further usage will be billed based on standard data rates for the Tariff, subject to payment of the Tariff fee.

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. 1 The full amount of fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then every 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee, otherwise the tariff will not be activated. 2 Inclusive allowance becomes available after the fee has been successfully collected. The voice, sms and data allowance is valid for 30 days, subject to the Company’s combinability terms. To check data balance, subscribers should dial *111*3#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. By continuing to use the services after your inclusive allowance has been depleted, you agree to be charged for further usage of those services. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Data allowance will not be available if it is applied while you are engaged in an active data session. We recommend that you close your current session (for that, disable Mobile Data in your device) and enable Mobile Data again after your data allowance has been applied.

Switching between daytime and nighttime data allowance on this Tariff will take place automatically at 01:00 and 06:00, according to Nur-Sultan time.

3 Service is available outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s coverage area. When necessary, the Subscribers can turn off Roaming by texting NET to 3330 or texting DA to 3330 to turn it on again. Roaming can be turned on/off in Kazakhstan only, within the Company’s network coverage area.

The Conference Call service is not available on this tariff.

 If Subscriber is using the One Year Internet+ (OYI+) service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and OYI+ is used up, OYI+ data rates will apply until data provided under OYI+ or tariff is renewed, whichever is earlier.

If Subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MI+) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and MI+ is used up, MI+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If Subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. If Subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. If Subscriber is using the ‘Online’ service, data that expires first will be used up first. When data allowance from both Online and Tariff is used up, further usage will be billed based on standard data rates for the Tariff, subject to payment of the Tariff fee.

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. These changes will come into force on 07.06.2018 after payment of the tariff fee. The Internet as a gift special offer is valid form 07.06.2018 through to 31.07.2018.

Effective 07.06.2018, the tariff terms will change as follows:

  1. The tariff name will change to Active Start+.
  2. Monthly fee - 1890 tenge
  3. The following data add-ons will no longer be available for purchase on this tariff:
    - 500MB for 290 tenge
    - 1GB for 390 tenge
    - 2GB for 590 tenge
    Instead, we offer
    - 1GB for 450 tenge
    - 2GB for 650 tenge.
    Changes related to data add-ons will come into force on 07.06.2018 and will not depend on your payment of the tariff fee.

Internet as a gift

If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your Internet as a gift, data allowance provided under the tariff will take priority, even if your Internet as a gift expires first.

Compatibility conditions

If you have Night Data Pack, One Year of Internet+, Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Online or any other data service active on your account, your Internet as a gift will always be used after the data allowance provided under any of the above services have been used up.

Any unused allowance from the extra pack will be lost upon expiration its expiration or in case of termination of mobile services contract.

**** Service is available outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s coverage area. When necessary, the Subscribers can turn off Roaming by texting NET to 3330 or texting DA to 3330 to turn it on again. Roaming can be turned on/off in Kazakhstan only, within the Company’s network coverage area.

The Conference Call service is not available on this tariff.

If subscriber is using the One Year Internet+ (OYI+) service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and OYI+ is used up, OYI+ data rates will apply until data provided under OYI+ or tariff is renewed, whichever is earlier.

If subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MI+) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and MI+ is used up, MI+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and Internet+ is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber is using the Unlimited Internet (UI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data provided under the Tariff will only become available when the Subscriber opt out of the ‘Unlimited Internet’ service.

If subscriber is using One Year Internet (OYI), Half Year Internet (HYI), or Quarterly Internet (QI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. If subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. If subscriber has Data Packs, SMS Packs or other services with inclusive limited validity data and/or SMS allowance active on their account, data/SMS allowance with shorter validity period will be used first.

If subscriber is using Unlimited Nighttime Internet (UNI), the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided and used in accordance with its standard terms (01:00 to 09:00, Nur-Sultan time). When UNI data allowance is used up, data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available, subject to payment of the tariff fee.

Subscriber is using Video Service, data provided under this service will be used when subscribers access Video hostings.

If Subscriber has activated the Full Contact service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data allowance from both the service and Tariff is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing cycle, subject to payment of the Tariff fee.

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. These changes will come into force on 07.06.2018 after payment of the tariff fee. The Internet as a gift special offer is valid form 07.06.2018 through to 31.07.2018.

Effective 07.06.2018, the tariff terms will change as follows:

  1. The tariff name will change to Active Drive+.
  2. Monthly fee - 2190 tenge
  3. The following data add-ons will no longer be available for purchase on this tariff:
    - 500MB for 290 tenge
    - 1GB for 390 tenge
    - 2GB for 590 tenge
    Instead, we offer
    - 1GB for 450 tenge
    - 2GB for 650 tenge.
    Changes related to data add-ons will come into force on 07.06.2018 and will not depend on your payment of the tariff fee.

All other tariff terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Internet as a gift

If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your Internet as a gift, data allowance provided under the tariff will take priority, even if your Internet as a gift expires first.

Compatibility conditions

If you have Night Data Pack, One Year of Internet+, Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Online or any other data service active on your account, your Internet as a gift will always be used after the data allowance provided under any of the above services have been used up.

Unused Internet as a gift will be lost
- Upon its expiration;
- In case you switch tariffs or use the Early Tariff Restart option;
- Upon termination of the mobile services contract.

Data add-ons

  1. Data add-on is only available for purchase after payment of the Tariff fee.
  2. Data add-on is valid for 30 days from activation.
  3. You may purchase more than one data add-on at a time, in which case the data add-on expiring soonest will be used first. If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your data add-on, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first.
  4. The data add-on price is collected on full upon its activation, subject to sufficient balance in your account.
  5. Unused data will be lost:
    • upon its expiration
    • upon termination of the mobile services contract
  6. Should you change your tariff, you will keep your data add-on until its expiration date. Data add-ons will not be available for activation when you switch to a different tariff.
  7. Data add-ons are not available if you have any of the following data services active on your account:
    - One Year of Internet
    - Half Year of Internet
    - Quarterly Internet
    - other speed-cap data services
    If you purchase a data add-on prior to activation of any of the above services, it will only become available for use after that service is switched off.

If you run out of any service from your inclusive allowance before it is due to renew, you will not be charged overage rates but access to that service will be blocked for the remainder of that bill cycle.

If monthly tariff fee is not paid, the standard voice/sms/data rates for your tariff will apply.

If subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MI+) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and MI+ is used up, MI+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and Internet+ is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber is using the Unlimited Internet (UI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data provided under the Tariff will only become available when the Subscriber opt out of the Unlimited Internet service.

If subscriber is using One Year Internet (OYI), Half Year Internet (HYI), or Quarterly Internet (QI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available only after OYI, HYI or QI service is terminated by Subscriber.

If subscriber is using the Light Internet service, data provided under the Tariff will be used first. When used up, data usage will be billed at data rates applicable when the Tariff fee is not paid till the next billing cycle for the Tariff starts.

If subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and BI is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber has Data Packs, SMS Packs or other services with inclusive limited validity data and/or SMS allowance active on their account, data/SMS allowance with shorter validity period will be used first.

If subscriber is using Unlimited Nighttime Internet (UNI), the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided and used in accordance with its standard terms (01:00 to 09:00, Nur-Sultan time). When UNI data allowance is used up, data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available, subject to payment of the tariff fee.

Subscriber is using Video Service, data provided under this service will be used when subscribers access Video hostings.

If Subscriber has activated the Full Contact service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data allowance from both the service and Tariff is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing cycle, subject to payment of the Tariff fee

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. These changes will come into force on 07.06.2018 after payment of the tariff fee. The Internet as a gift special offer is valid form 07.06.2018 through to 31.07.2018.

Effective 07.06.2018, the tariff terms will change as follows:

  1. Monthly fee - 2290 tenge
  2. The following data add-ons will no longer be available for purchase on this tariff:
    - 500MB for 290 tenge
    - 1GB for 390 tenge
    - 2GB for 590 tenge
    Instead, we offer
    - 1GB for 450 tenge
    - 2GB for 650 tenge.
    Changes related to data add-ons will come into force on 07.06.2018 and will not depend on your payment of the tariff fee.

All other tariff terms and conditions will remain unchanged.

Internet as a gift

If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your Internet as a gift, data allowance provided under the tariff will take priority, even if your Internet as a gift expires first. Unused Internet as a gift does not rollover into the next bill cycle.

Compatibility conditions

If you have Night Data Pack, One Year of Internet+, Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Online or any other data service active on your account, your Internet as a gift will always be used after the data allowance provided under any of the above services have been used up.

Unused Internet as a gift will be lost
- Upon its expiration;
- In case you switch tariffs or use the Early Tariff Restart option;
- Upon termination of the mobile services contract.

Data add-ons

  1. Data add-on is only available for purchase after payment of the Tariff fee.
  2. Data add-on is valid for 30 days from activation.
  3. You may purchase more than one data add-on at a time, in which case the data add-on expiring soonest will be used first. If you have data allowance from both the tariff and your data add-on, the data allowance expiring soonest will be used first.
  4. The data add-on price is collected on full upon its activation, subject to sufficient balance in your account.
  5. Unused data will be lost:
    • upon its expiration
    • upon termination of the mobile services contract
  6. Should you change your tariff, you will keep your data add-on until its expiration date. Data add-ons will not be available for activation when you switch to a different tariff.
  7. Data add-ons are not available if you have any of the following data services active on your account:

  • You will get a text message from us confirming that your package has been activated.
  • You can purchase an unlimited number of packages. When multiple packages are activated at a time, data with shorter validity period will be consumed first.
  •  Unused data allowance is lost:
    – when the package expires;
    – in case of termination of the mobile services contract.
  • When you migrate to another tariff, any unused data allowance will be available for remainder of the package validity period. Packages are no longer available when you switch tariffs.
  1. Package is not available for activation when subscribers have Unlimited Internet, One Year / Half Year / Quarterly Internet or other services that come with unlimited speed cap data allowance active on their account. If the package was purchased prior to activation any of the above services, data from the Package will not be available to the subscribers until they opt out of the service.
  2. Package can be activated along with One Year Internet+, Full Contact, Mobile Internet+, Internet+, and Bonus Internet services. In this case, data with shorter validity period will be consumed first. When data from both the Data Package and service runs out, data usage will be billed in accordance with the combinability rules applicable to such services.
  3. Package can be activated along with the ‘Light Internet’ add-on service, in which case data from Data package will take priority.
  4. Package can be activated along with ‘Unlimited Nighttime Internet’ service, in which case the service fee will be collected and data allowance available in accordance with its terms, i.e. between 01:00 and 09:00, Nur-Sultan time. During the rest of the time, data from Data package will be consumed.
  5. Package can be activated along with ‘Video Service’, in which case data provided under this service will be used when subscribers access Video hostings.
  6. When the subscriber has data allowance under both the tariff and data pack, data that expires first will be used up first.

Service is valid for 1 day after the next billing cycle for their tariff has started. After that any unused SMS allowance and remaining tariff allowance will be lost.

If the Service is activated for the second time, the SMS pack that expires first will be used up first

Service can be activated on the last day of the tariff billing cycle and on the day when the Service is used. After that the Service will not be available for activation and any unused bundle will be lost and the regular tariff fee will be become due.

You can activate the Service an unlimited number of times, but only once a day, subject to sufficient account balance to cover the Service fee.

If you switch tariffs, unused SMS pack as well as your remaining tariff allowance will be lost.

Service cannot be deactivated on the day of use.

Balance received with the use of Extra Balance, Auto Extra Balance and Mobile Help services can be used to pay the Service fee.

Combinability rules established for the Tariffs apply also to the Service.

Attention! If you switch from ‘Hallo Kazakhstan’ 1, 2, 3, Start, XS, S, M, L, XL to one of ‘Active’ tariffs, your period of interrupted tariff use will be reset to zero. Starting 27 May 2016, Hallo Kazakhstan tariffs will no longer be available to new subscribers and you will not be able to renew your subscription.

Rates include VAT and are valid across Kazakhstan, within our network coverage area.

Calls are billed in 1-second increments.

Data is billed in 1KB increments.

The MMS-Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

* The full amount of fee is collected upon Tariff activation and then every 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time), subject to sufficient balance to cover the fee, otherwise the tariff will not be activated. If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time) due to insufficient funds in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available during the current billing cycle until the next billing cycle starts.

** Inclusive allowance becomes available after the fee has been successfully collected. The voice, sms and data allowance is valid for 30 days, subject to the Company’s combinability terms. Inclusive allowance is not available while the subscriber is roaming; any unused allowance is canceled when subscribers switch tariffs.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *111*3#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. By continuing to use the services after your inclusive allowance has been depleted, you agree to be charged for further usage of those services. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Data allowance will not be available if it is applied while you are engaged in an active data session. We recommend that you close your current session (for that, disable Mobile Data in your device) and enable Mobile Data again after your data allowance has been applied.

Switching between daytime and nighttime data allowance on this Tariff will take place automatically at 01:00 and 06:00, according to Nur-Sultan time.

**** Service is available outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company’s coverage area. When necessary, the Subscribers can turn off Roaming by texting NET to 3330 or texting DA to 3330 to turn it on again. Roaming can be turned on/off in Kazakhstan only, within the Company’s network coverage area.

The Conference Call service is not available on this tariff.

If subscriber is using the One Year Internet+ (OYI+) service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and OYI+ is used up, OYI+ data rates will apply until data provided under OYI+ or tariff is renewed, whichever is earlier.

If subscriber is using the Mobile Internet Plus (MI+) promotional service, the MIP service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and MI+ is used up, MI+ excess data rates will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber is using the Internet+ service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and Internet+ is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber is using the Unlimited Internet (UI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data provided under the Tariff will only become available when the Subscriber opt out of the Unlimited Internet service.

If subscriber is using One Year Internet (OYI), Half Year Internet (HYI), or Quarterly Internet (QI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available only after OYI, HYI or QI service is terminated by Subscriber.

If subscriber is using the Light Internet service, data provided under the Tariff will be used first. When used up, data usage will be billed at data rates applicable when the Tariff fee is not paid till the next billing cycle for the Tariff starts.

If subscriber is using the Bonus Internet (BI) service, the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided in accordance with its standard terms. Data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data from both the tariff and BI is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing period.

If subscriber has Data Packs, SMS Packs or other services with inclusive limited validity data and/or SMS allowance active on their account, data/SMS allowance with shorter validity period will be used first.

If subscriber is using Unlimited Nighttime Internet (UNI), the service fee will be collected and data allowance provided and used in accordance with its standard terms (01:00 to 09:00, Nur-Sultan time). When UNI data allowance is used up, data allowance provided under the Tariff will become available, subject to payment of the tariff fee.

Subscriber is using Video Service, data provided under this service will be used when subscribers access Video hostings.

If Subscriber has activated the Full Contact service, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data allowance from both the service and Tariff is used up, standard data rates for the Tariff will apply for the remainder of that billing cycle, subject to payment of the Tariff fee

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network.
