Starter Pack ‘UNIVERSIADE’
As customers activate SIM from the UNIVERSIADE starter pack during 27.01.2017-30.03.2017 period, they will automatically get a Welcome Bonus of 500 MB.
500 MB Welcome bonus is valid for 7 days from application.
For each top up with 500 tenge or more (excluding top up fee fee charged by e-payment systems) made during 4 weeks from SIM activation, customers will get 500 MB of data (Bonus data). Top ups made through the Mobile Help service will not count towards the customer’s eligibility for Bonus data. The Mobile Help service will not be available to eligible customers during 4 weeks from SIM activation.
Bonus data is valid for 7 days from application.
When Bonus data/Welcome bonus expire, any unused data will be lost.
With each Bonus data is renewal, the period of validity of the previous Bonus data will not change and Bonus data which expires first will take priority and will be used up first.
Bonus data and Welcome data are not available while the customer is roaming.
The following rules will apply when Welcome bonus and Bonus data are used with other services:
- When used along with the One Year of Internet+, Mobile Internet+, Internet+, Bonus Internet or Online service, data that expires first will be used up first. When data allowance form both the service and Data bonus are used up, further usage will be billed in accordance with the combinability terms for the service and Tariff.
- When used along with the One Year of Internet, Half Year of Internet or Quarterly Internet service, Welcome bonus and Bonus data from the Starter Pack will become available for use only once the service has been disabled.
- When used along with the Light Internet and if Welcome bonus/Bonus data from the Starter Pack are used up, further usage will be based on the rates applied under the Light Internet service.
- When used along with the Unlimited Nighttime Internet service, the service fee will be collected according to its standard terms and Unlimited Nighttime Internet allowance will be provided and available between 01:00 and 09:00 am, Astana time; Welcome bonus will be available for use for the rest of the time.
* The tariff fee is collected in full upon tariff activation and then every 30 days between 00:00 and 02:00 (Astana time), subject to sufficient balance in the subscriber’s account. If the balance is too low to cover the fee, the tariff fee will be activate but further usage will be charged based on the rates applied when the tariff fee is not paid.
** If the fee has not been collected when due between 00:00 and 02:00 (Astana time) due to insufficient balance in the subscriber’s account, it will be collected after the subscriber tops up his/her account on that particular day and full service as per the Tariff will be available to the subscriber through the end of the billing cycle.
Inclusive data, SMS and voice allowance is provided upon collection of the tariff fee.

*** Daytime data is available from 06:00 to 00:59, nighttime data – from 01:00 to 05:59, Astana time. Data allowance from the Tariff applied while you are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use unless you close your current session and then connect to the Internet again (for that, disable and then enable Mobile Data in your device).
You can switch from Active Start+ to any other tariff at any time through your Personal Account or USSD. In this case, you will become ineligible for future Bonus data and any remaining Bonus data will be available until expired.
