Mobile Number Verification — pilot project

On 12 February 2018, Kcell JSC launched a pilot service ‘Mobile Number Verification’ (Service). The purpose of the Service is to, at the Client’s request, provide reports containing the information specified in the Table below. The term of the Service — till 30 June 2019.

The pilot project is launched in pursuance of RK Laws On personal data and protection thereof and On Communication. Reports containing personal data will only be provided with the customers’ consent, subject to proper customer registration.

Customers should dial *345# to provide their consent for the collection and processing of their personal data and customer proprietary network information (CPNI) and disclosure thereof to the Client to determine their client rating.

Customers may withdraw their consent for the collection and processing of their personal data and CPNI and disclosure thereof to the Client, by calling *543#.

Consent is valid for 30 minutes.

The project’s main objective is to assess the practical value of the reports for the Client; to determine the rating of their customers as users of the Client’s various products and services.

Reports cover the activ customers only.
