Mobile Help

No funds on the account and you are short of time to top up the balance? Ask for the help of your friend or help him through the use of the service «Mobile help».

Now you can use Mobile Aid to pay your outstanding debts for the Extra Balance or Auto Extra Balance service." If your number is blocked, you will not be able to use combination *141#. If you have unpaid Extra Balance or Auto Extra Balance debts, you will not be able to use combination *143# to transfer airtime to other customers until you pay off your debts.

Service feeis deducted from the amount of balance transferred.


To transfer balance:

  • Dial *143#OK.
  • Enter mobile number of the customer receiving balance.
  • Enter the amount of balance to be transferred — 50 to 2000 call tenge taking into account service fee.
  • Wait for a SMS confirming balance transfer.

To request balance from a activ customer:

  • Dial *141#OK
  • Enter mobile number of the customer you want to request balance from.
  • Enter the amount of balance requested — 50 to 2000 call tenge taking into account service fee.
  • Wait for a SMS containing the confirmation of balance transfer and balance info.

To transfer balance upon request:

  • Wait for a SMS containing a request for balance transfer.
  • Dial *142#OK to access the balance transfer system and view requestor"s mobile number and amount of balance requested.
  • Accept or reject the balance transfer request.
  • Wait for a SMS containing the confirmation of balance transfer and balance info.

To send balance, sender must have at least 50 tenge in his/her account. 50 tenge will be fully withdrawn from sender«s mobile account.

Balance request from requesting customer is valid for 24 hours after the SMS-request has been sent out. No more than 10 requests can be sent during one day.

To disable the Service (in which case, the customer will not be receiving requests for balance transfer and will not be able to transfer/request balance to/from other customers), customers should dial *140#OK and then press «1». To turn the Service on again, customers should dial *140#OK and then press «1». There is not charge to turn the Service on/off.

Service is also available to both the sender and recipient, while they are roaming.

The total balance that can be transferred in 30 days may not exceed 150 000 tenge.

Peculiarities of rendering the service to users of tariff plans «Shchedry» and «Shchedry krai»: customers may get tenge within the scope of the service «Mobile help» with no ability to transfer them to another customer.

Mobile Help is a value added mobile service whereby any activ customer (requestor) can request balance from another activ customer (sender).
