Subscribers can use any of the below methods to activate mobi music:

• Download mobi music app for your device (iOS or Android). After you get a 4-digit code via SMS, sign in the app – enter your mobile number and the code.
• Click Sign In on http://mobimusic.kz portal. After you read the Subscription Rules, enter your mobile number and the 4-digit code.
• Call *987# to activate the service and download аctiv music app for your device (iOS or Android).

Service fee is 35 (thirty five) tenge a day.

The mobi music daily fee is deducted from your mobile account. Access to service is provided upon collection of the fee till 00:00 next day.
the full amount of the daily fee is collected upon service activation and then on a daily basis, subject to sufficient balance in the subscriber’s account to cover the fee. If it was not collected when due (that is between 00:00 and 02:00, Astana time) due to low balance, the service will be suspended. Access to the service will be restored once the subscriber has topped up his/her account.

Data charges:

Service allows Kcell and activ subscribers to access the musical content in real-time mode.
Service requires an Internet connection. If there is no access to the Internet, you will be able to access cashed musical content.
With activated service, both uplink and downlink traffic will not be charged.
If you are using the service while roaming, standard data roaming rates will apply.

Customers on Active and Active+ tariff are provided with unlimited access to mobi music, subject to payment of the tariff fee.

Special offer is valid:

Active Light, Active Start, Active Drive – till 31.12.2016

Active Boom, Active Pro – till 31.08.2017

Active Boom+, Active Pro+ – from 17.12.2016 through to 31.08.2017

Upon expiration of the promotional period, free access to mobi music will no longer be provided. You can subscribe to mobi music on standard terms, in which case standard daily fee will apply.

To turn the service off:

• dial *987#ok.
• Text по СТОП, стоп, Стоп, STOP, stop or Stop to 987.

There is no charge to unsubscribe from the service.
