For correct operation of the Internet traffic accrued, it is recommended to interrupt the current Internet session for 1-2 seconds: turn off mobile data or select «flight mode» and then resume using the Internet: turn on mobile data / turn off «flight mode».
Subscriber gets 20 GB of data every month during 12 months from activation, with no speed cap.
When 20 GB is used up, the 50 tiyn*/MB rate will be applied until data allowance is renewed.
20 GB allowance is renewed every month on the date of activation or (if there is not such date) on the last of the month.
Unused data does not roll over to the next month.

When "Yearly Internet +" data allowance is purchased in installments, 4 990 tenge* will be deducted upon Service activation and then between 00:00 and 02:00 (Nur-Sultan time) every 30 days during 3 months.
If there are insufficient funds in the subscriber"s account to cover the 2nd and 3rd payment (when it is collected between 00:00 and 02:00 Nur-Sultan time), access to data allowance provided under the Service will be suspended. After the subscriber tops up their account with sufficient funds during the next 92 (ninety two) days, the payment will be collected and data allowance will be applied and valid till the next billing cycle. In this time, the 5 tenge*/MB rate will apply.
If payment was not collected after 92 days, Service will be terminated.

If Service is terminated by subscriber, there will be no refund for any unused portion of data allowance. Unused data will be lost.
Purchase another ‘Yearly Internet+’ Package at full price *444*8*5# (without deactivating the current one).

Attention: a certain amount of data will be automatically reserved for your first 2G/3G session or once you access 4G network. - The top speed of access depends on technical characteristics of the device (phone, modem, smartphone, etc.), its location in the area of coverage, signal strength and network load.
- Service, activated during the current Internet session, will not operate. Such Internet session will be charged as per the standard tariff rate. You are recommended to close in such cases the current session and renew using of the Internet after service activation.
- The Service will be provided only in respect of the Mobile Internet, if the internet access point in the subscriber terminal is set up.
- Billing increment: 1 KB.
- Only one of services can be activated at once.
- The Service is not available in roaming.
- The Internet traffic under the Service will be available at any balance.
- All prices are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT.
Service is not available to subscribers, if they:
- have an ongoing contracts under Contract Phone or Smart Buy special offers.
Service is available on plans with limited data allowance. In this case, data with shorter validity period will be used first. When data allowance provided under both this Service and plan is used up, data usage will be billed at rates applicable under the Service until the next billing cycle starts or until data allowance included in the your plan is renewed, whichever is earlier.
When Service is activated together with other data services, data with shorter validity period will be consumed first.
Operator has the right to modify or amend these combinability rules.
