Kcell JSC charges no AutoPay fees.

The security of the Internet transactions is ensured by bank partner JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan. AutoPay is available to Activ subscribers (physical persons) who use a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards of any bank for their online payments.

Use the automatic top service to have your (or someone else’s) phone automatically topped up from your bank account, whenever there is 100 or less tenge left in your mobile account.

Who can use the service?

Any Kcell/activ customer (individual) who signed a bank account agreement with the Bank and / or is the holder of a bank card.

How to activate the service?

To activate, contact your bank and submit an application for the automatic top service. Set the top up amount. Reply to the SMS message that will be automatically sent to your phone to confirm service activation.

To disconnect from the service, contact your bank.

What is the cost of the service?

Service is provided free of charge, there are no transaction fees.

There is up to 5% cashback if you make purchases and pay with your Kaspi bank card, Kaspi deposit account or Kaspi Wallet.

Kcell/activ customers are able to top up their phones by paying in cash through payment terminals.

Payment terminals are terminals run by special software which allows customers to recharge their mobile accounts.

How to pay?

Select Kcell or activ, enter the phone number and the top up amount starting from 200 tenge.

Warning! Please, make sure you keep the pay slip until payment has been credited to your mobile account! If you have selected a wrong provider or entered a wrong mobile number, please contact support service using the contact details shown on the payment terminal or pay slip.

Activ top up card is an instant top up card with the amount of calling units (airtime) printed on it: 500, 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 calling units. There is a 13-digit code under the protective layer which you should use to add the respective airtime to your mobile account.

How to use:

  • Erase the protective layer to reveal the 13-digit card code;
  • Dial 7070;
  • Enter the 13-digit code and press * (star key).

Or dial *110*13-digit code# and press the call button.

The amount shown on your top up card will be instantly credited to your mobile account.

If have difficulties making a top up, contact activ call center. Our operator will help you activate the card. To do this, give the operator the name of the owner of the mobile number you are going to top up and the 13-digit code. When everything is done correctly, the operator will confirm that the payment has been successfully added to your mobile account. You will also get payment confirmation via sms.

Dear activ customers! If you activate an activ top up card issued before 01.03.2019, airtime will be credited to your account in calling units, however your balance info will be shown in tenge. If you activate an activ top up card issued after 01.03.2019, airtime will be credited to your account and balance info will be shown in tenge. The monthly statements of services and electronic bills will only reflect the tenge amounts (not calling units).
