I have not received an SMS from 1414
- It is may be because you are registered in the eGov Mobile Citizens Database with a different mobile number. You need to check if the SMS was sent to your other number(s), if any;
- Check which number you are registered with in the eGov mobile app or on the eGov.kz website.
- If the number is correct and you still have not received an SMS, wait for the response on the Kcell/activ page anyway. There is still a chance that your application will be approved.
