Terms of the Contract Phone offer

The Contract Phone offer is available to customers who have passed a credit check. The credit check is used by Operator to assess the solvency of a customer before the latter can take out a contract.

Under the contract, Operator provides an eligible customer with a router after the latter has paid a certain amount upfront as well as the first monthly payment. The Operator activates the Service on the customer’s account, which includes the Basic+ tariff and data allowance.

Data allowance includes a certain amount of data, which is renewed every 30 days from Service activation, subject to the customer’s payment of monthly payments in accordance with the contract. The amount of data allowance varies by device model and contract period.

The Internet connection speed will drop down to 64 kbps once the data allowance is used up.

In case customer stops using the Service, including the Basic+ tariff, terminates the contract and/or Public Agreement prior to the expiration of the contract term, as well as in other cases stipulated by the contract, he/she agrees to pay the remaining payments due for the device in accordance with the terms of the contract.

The customer can disconnect from the Service, including the Basic+ tariff, prior to the expiration of the contract term by submitting a written application to Operator. In which case, changing the Tariff will be equivalent to the customer’s refusal to use the Service, and he will have to pay all the remaining payments due for the device in accordance with the terms of the contract. If customer disconnects from the Service for any reason, he will be able to stay on the Basic+ tariff until he switches to a different tariff.

The data allowance as well as data add-ons the customer may purchase are not available for use while roaming.

Data allowance is valid for 30 (thirty) days (billing cycle). Unused allowance does not roll over into the next billing cycle. Data allowance will not be provided, if customer fails to pay the monthly payment. Customer will be charged to use the mobile services not included in the monthly allowance at the rates stipulated by the Basic+ tariff conditions. Customer will be charged to use other add-on services not included in the monthly allowance at the rates applied as of the date of use thereof.

During the contract period, customer is not allows to purchase several add-ons or activate several additional services at a time.

Subject to qualification for the Contract Phone offer, customer (an individual) can purchase only one router and one phone under the terms of the Contract Phone offer.

For the activ customers, monthly payments are due once every 30 days from the date of Service activation.
