We know firsthand that Xiaomi, the Chinese company can produce the most modern smartphones with interesting design and high-tech equipment. But what if you need a budget no-frills phone? Xiaomi is in no hurry to give away this market share to the competitors, and by the spring of 2019, it will present its new smartphone – Xiaomi Redmi Go, whose price for the European market is expected to be around $90.

The monolithic body of smartphone is made of matte plastic. The main camera lens and flash are on the rear panel. The selfie camera and speaker are above the screen. The keys below the screen are touch-sensitive, but unfortunately with no backlighting. Microphones, 3.5 mm audio jack and microUSB output are placed on the sides of the device.

Despite all its simplicity, the phone is designed for 2 SIM-cards, and both slots support LTE. In addition, the permanent memory of smartphone can be supplemented with external microSD up to 128 GB.

If you compare this budget smartphone with some other from the Xiaomi brand, a comparison with once popular Redmi 4A suggests itself. The devices are similar both in appearance and technical parameters.
