∙ Before a customer can purchase a phone (device) through the Contract Phone offer, a credit check must be run on him. Eligible customer (an individual) can purchase up to 3 devices on a contract;

∙ Under the Contract Phone agreement, a device purchased on a contract will be provided to the customer upon his payment of the down payment and the first month’s payment;

∙ Under the Contract Phone agreement, customer receives a monthly allowance of onnet/offnet minutes and data or data allowance only.

∙ The inclusive allowance is renewed every 30 days from the date of the contract, upon receipt of the regular monthly payment. If customer goers over the included allowance, he will be charged in accordance with the Basic+ tariff for extra usage;

∙ Customer will be charged separately for using any other services not included in their monthly allowance based on the rates in effect at the time of their use;

∙ To switch to any other available tariff, customer must submit a written request. In which case, the Contract Phone contract will be terminated and customer will be required to pay the Special Price in accordance with the contract;

∙ The inclusive allowance is available for use provided that customer has a positive account balance after paying the full amount of the Monthly payment;

∙ The inclusive allowance is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the Monthly payment due date;

∙ Unused allowance does not roll over to the next 30-day term and will be lost upon the expiration of the bill cycle;

∙ No other data services or data add-ons will be available to the customer during the contract period;

∙ To view the remaining allowance, customer will need to sign in to his online account or call *123*3*2# or *111*3#. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor his/her usage of the inclusive allowance and its renewal. Operator does not compensate customers for any data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance or before it is renewed, except when Operator fails to notify customers once their inclusive allowance has been used up.
